Shipping, unless stated separately(such as offers listed on this site), the following shipping policy applies to all orders placed on this site.
Free shipping on orders over HK$300 or above
Orders with an amount less than HK$300 will be charged a shipping fee (SF Express)
Standard delivery service is only available for Hong Kong and Macau orders.
If you have special requirements, changing of delivery courier or deliver to overseas regions, please contact our customer service.
Delivery serivice area
Standard delivery service covers Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories, Outlying Islands and Macau.
This service is not available in designated areas, including but not limited to: Big Wave Bay, Lo Wu, Tai O, Siu Ho Wan, and Po Toi Island.
Delivery service is not available outside Hong Kong and/or Macau.
We do not accept PO boxes as shipping addresses.
We will deliver the goods you ordered to the delivery address you provided through a courier company.
Ship to one address only per order.
To ship an order to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each address.
Delivery dates and times
We will use our best reasonable efforts to deliver within the estimated time below, but there is no guarantee that the estimated time will be met and we are not responsible for any delays.
After payment is confirmed, your package will be processed and dispatched within three to seven working days.
For reference only, actual situation is subject to product inventory.
Under normal circumstances, you can receive your order within three to seven working days within Hong Kong.
Remote regions may take longer time for delivery.
Arrangement depends on the shipping company.

Delivery service is not available on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
