Return and Refund Policy

Under normal circumstances, refund/replacement requests will not be accepted.

According to the Return Policy, if you find any problem with the item (defective, damaged, or incorrect quantity delivered), please contact the company within 7 working days from the date of receipt to apply for an arrangement to replace and return the product in its original condition, overdue will not be accepted.

The product and its accompanying gift must be unopened and in the original packaging.
We do not accept returns of opened or used products and gifts.
We will process refunds and exchanges within 7 working days of receiving the product.

If a refund is required, we will issue a refund to the payment method you used to place the order (excluding the initial shipping fee).
No refunds for shipping fees or gift wrapping.
Please note that actual refund times vary depending on the payment method provider’s processing time.
The time required for a refund depends on the card-issuing bank, please check with your card-issuing bank for details.
